Who has been saying that outside of TimSchochet? It looks better for her than it did for Biden and she has gotten off to a great start, but I am waiting to see the polls in a week or two before I start making any predictions.

https://x.com/kylegriffin1/status/1816484916390940912 The Harris campaign just sent out a press release with this headline: "Statement on a 78-Year-Old Criminal's Fox News Appearance"
-
And there is not a shred of proof that there is any connection between the two organization. The only thing anyone has ever come up with was Rockaction in the PSF, linking a New Yorker article who quoted one (and only one) BLM member who claimed that Antifa and BLM organized a protest together (and that's the extend of any so called proof).

Trump says Harris supports abortions "even after birth" https://x.com/Acyn/status/1816244410046365853 (video clip at link)

She supported the protests not the riots, not the looting or the destruction of property that occurred after the protests were over for the day and the protesters all had gone home (which is what happened here in L.A.).
-
No, she never voiced support for the 2020 riots.
-
Qualified.
-
Of course. You seriously think that any thing more than a minuscule percentage of black women will vote for Trump?

Trump talk only- no Eagles talk allowed (Steelers talk is OK though)

Well, duh! Who ever said that she was? -
Liar. Biden has never called Harris a DEI hire.
-
So. That was then and this is now.

Biden won Michigan in 2020.
-
His name has been thrown out there a lot on Twitter this morning, but I just don't see it. Democrats already have the baggage of dealing with a black woman candidate and adding an openly gay man to the ticket would probably be a bit much (not that VP choices traditionally make a lot of difference in voters minds anyway).
-
Yes and I imagine he also probably refers to black folks as "Negroes"

I saw Biden's State Of the Union Address in its hour and one half entirety and he looked fine to me, so I wasn't basing that on what the media was supposedly telling me.
-
People here kept posting short edited clips taken out of context and I never pay attention to those. I thought he did OK at the press conference but not good enough to allay my fears that age may have caught up with him.
-
Yes, up until the debate debacle, because I had seen the entire State Of The Union address and he looked and sounded fine to me. Apparently in the six months since then age suddenly caught up with him (if you are familiar with people in their late 70's to early 80's that can happen).

No. She will be given input by her advisors and leading Democrats, but the decision will ultimately be hers alone as she will have to live with it.
-
Let leading Democrats and others weigh in with their thinking and then let Biden make his own decision.

https://x.com/RBReich/status/1816141961968882052 McDonald's will extend its "$5 meal deal" to win back cash-strapped customers. This comes after years of price increases, which led to its net income jumping 37% last year. Meanwhile, McDonald's CEO made $19.2M. They could have kept prices lower all along. They chose not to.

https://x.com/kylegriffin1/status/1816146341434687610 Vote.org just announced a nearly 700% increase in daily voter registrations — more than 38,500 new registrations — in the 48-hour period following President Biden's announcement. This figure marks the single largest number of voter registrations over a 48-hour period during the 2024 cycle. Younger voters between 18 and 34 accounted for 83% of new registrations.

Spunky but now obviously suffering from some sort of age related dementia. His speeches have always been stream-of-consciousness rambling but never as incoherent as they have been in the last couple years with Fox not even carrying them any more. He keeps talking about Hannibal Lecter as if he had been a real person instead of a fictional character: "The late great Hannibal Lecter"

[** Official President Joe Biden Thread **]
squistion replied to Rusty Syringes's topic in The Geek Club
That. He saw the he couldn't win and for the good of the party and the nation he dropped out rather than insure a Trump win. -
This is not the Trump campaign, so I'm sure they do.

https://x.com/kylegriffin1/status/1816126196658135321 According to the Harris campaign, as of Tuesday evening, Team Harris has raised $126 million since President Biden's endorsement. Over 1.4 million grassroots donors made donations since Sunday afternoon, 64% of whom made their first contribution of the 2024 cycle. Since Sunday afternoon, Team Harris has added 74,000 new recurring donors, with two-thirds of these recurring donors signing up for weekly donation.
