  1. The Daily Mail is wrong (surprise). It has been fact checked and no actual proof found that she married her brother. Please.
  2. It was certainly a part of the curriculum at Trump University.
  3. False. I stand corrected. What I should have said is that she can't be deported because she doesn't meet any of the criteria for deportation.
  4. Not if she hasn't met the criteria for deportation, which it appears she hasn't.
  5. Immigration lawyer Rosanna Berardi told Newsweek that since Omar is a naturalized U.S. citizen, calls for deportation lack legal ground unless the individual in question gained citizenship through nefarious means such as fraud, misrepresentation or membership in certain organizations—or being dishonorably discharged ... https://www.newsweek.com/can-ilhan-omar-deported-1865657#:~:text=Immigration lawyer Rosanna Berardi told, organizations—or being dishonorably discharged
  6. Staffers are often there after hours I would imagine working on whatever they do for the Senator they work for. And everything that doesn't fall under official business is probably not considered an act of trespassing, I would suppose. It would depend on how the statue is written.
  7. He was a Senate staffer so he had legal access to the area.
  8. I am not sure what crime has been committed here exactly, which is maybe why are no charges.

More Straw Men in the above than found in a square mile of Kansas farmland. Just responding to your contention that racism is not in the Top 10 of issues for blacks, which seems contrary to just about everything I've seen and heard from most black folks.

Instructed. No, because that is what Black people are saying. Didn't even have to look very hard to find this: https://www.pewresearch.org/short-reads/2022/11/15/black-americans-differ-from-other-u-s-adults-over-whether-individual-or-structural-racism-is-a-bigger-problem/ Among Black Americans, views on this question are very different. About half of Black adults (52%) say that racism in U.S. laws is the bigger problem for Black people in the country, while 43% say the greater issue is racism by individuals. And just 3% of Black adults say that there is no discrimination against Black people in the U.S. today.
  11. There would be a double standard if what he did was as a part of an attempted coup or insurrection.

[** Official President Joe Biden Thread **]

He is not lying, he thinks that may have been the cause of Beau's death: https://www.pbs.org/newshour/health/biden-addresses-possible-link-between-sons-fatal-brain-cancer-and-toxic-military-burn-pits Biden addresses possible link between son’s fatal brain cancer and toxic military burn pits Former Vice President Joe Biden said he thinks toxins found in smoke from burning waste at U.S. military installations in Iraq and at other facilities abroad could “play a significant role” in causing veterans’ cancer. “Science has recognized there are certain carcinogens when people are exposed to them,” Biden said in an interview with Judy Woodruff last week. “Depending on the quantities and the amount in the water and the air, [they] can have a carcinogenic impact on the body.” Biden’s comments shed light on a debate that has roiled physicians, former service members and the Department of Veteran Affairs about whether the health of some U.S. military personnel was compromised by garbage disposal methods used by contractors and the military at overseas bases in Iraq and Afghanistan. Often, waste was burned in open-air pits, with jet fuel sometimes used as an accelerant. At many bases, virtually all waste was burned, ranging from paints, solvents, tires, plastics and Styrofoam to batteries and electronic equipment. Depending on the burn locations and prevailing winds, smoke frequently permeated these outposts and adjacent areas. The issue appears to be personal for Biden, whose son, Beau Biden, a former Delaware attorney general, died at age 46 in May 2015 from glioblastoma multiforme, the most common form of brain cancer.

  16. And we keep hearing on this board how liberals are the ones wanting to take away your freedom and rights.
  17. So you would be in favor of mass deportations (under Trump) of all those you don't think are "American" even though they have citizenship?
  18. She can't be deported, she is an American Citizen: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ilhan_Omar#:~:text=Omar became a U.S. citizen, political science and international studies. Omar became a U.S. citizen in 2000 when she was 17 years old. Omar attended Thomas Edison High School, from which she graduated in 2001, and volunteered as a student organizer. She graduated from North Dakota State University in 2011 with a bachelor's degree, majoring in political science and international studies.
  19. They know what a woman is. Please. She was just avoiding answering a GOTCHA! "Yes or No?" question that could be used against her.
  20. They weren't, with a picture appearing on just one can. And wasn't it like, just promoted in Canada (can't remember the details). But it wasn't like she became the spokesperson for Anheuser-Busch.
