I have lived in California for decades and I don't recall of hearing about anyone who was registered being impersonated by someone who voted in their place (it probably has happened but it must be a really race occurrence).

Yes, he should be sent to prison after being found guilty of 34 felonies. It ain't gonna happen though, because of his Secret Service protection. The logistics are such that either the Secret Service protection will end (don't see that happening) or they are going into the prison with him (and that I'm sure won't happen). What we will see is if Merchan thinks this merits some sort of jail time is a house arrest with an ankle bracelet and a denial of internet access (which he will find the harshest punishment of all).

Election odds by bookmakers are not based on who they think will win. It is based on the amount they think will be wagered on an outcome on either side and they will try to set the odds so it will be roughly 50/50 of what is bet, minus the vigorish. They probably anticipate a larger of number of bettors will put money down on Trump as a result of the verdict, not because they think it is more likely that Trump will win.
