No, but if it is true, it shouldn't be that hard to find witnesses. And making accusations like this against the judge in this case is a pretty serious allegation, so she better be able to back it up or may see disciplinary action before her State Bar in addition to the sanctions.

That is something that can be proven or disrproven, it is not just her word against someone else's.

A lie can be told under the First Amendment protection of freedom of speech, but it will not protect an attorney who uses them from sanctions.
