Lesbians engage in anal sex? That news to them.

I’m back! What did I miss??

Welcome back Torrid Joe! I remember when it was just pretty much you and I on the left against all the right wing denizens of this forum, headed by Recliner Pilot. What you missed is that the place has gotten a lot worse, IMO. More racist, more homophobic and with a lot of vile name calling. Weren't you living in Portland, Oregon or someplace nearby, or am I misremembering?

That is not exactly true. For hate speech to be considered illegal, it has to be under certain specific circumstances. https://www.ala.org/advocacy/intfreedom/hate#:~:text=(The Supreme Court's decision in,against a person or group. Under current First Amendment jurisprudence, hate speech can only be criminalized when it directly incites imminent criminal activity or consists of specific threats of violence targeted against a person or group.

Guess which one won Miss Alabama.

Selected comments from The Twitters: I mean…. Are you sure she’s not representing the whole state of Alabama as Miss Cholesterol? #missAlabama Finally, a Miss Alabama that’s as big as the state itself This beauty was just crowned Miss Alabama. She represents the state’s 63% obesity rate very well.
  6. He is a cheerleader for Nazi's loading up trains with Jews? I must have missed that post, because I certainly would remember it.
  7. How was Merchan illegally selected? He was appointed as Acting Justice in the Supreme Court of New York, New York County, Criminal, in 2009, and he has been in that position since that time, presiding over felony criminal trials.

Trump talk only- no Eagles talk allowed (Steelers talk is OK though)

Yeah, Ahmed Baba was talking about that poll this morning. https://x.com/AhmedBaba_/status/1796890093283667974 49% of Independents and 15% of Republicans said Trump should end his campaign because of the conviction. These numbers are catastrophic for the Trump campaign. He should be asked daily if he’s going to drop out and Republicans should be questioned on why they still support him.

How in the world do you figure that? This should an interesting explanation, as I have yet to hear any gay man or lesbian say that it is their religion.

Not true. There have been some "Straight Pride" parades over the years. In the link below is a video of one in Boston in 2019 that even had a Trump Float, plus lots of American flags. https://x.com/ksullivannews/status/1167833496385183744 The #StraightPrideParade now on its way to City Hall Plaza. #Boston25
  12. And that was due to the Trump's guilty verdict on 34 counts? Wouldn't have expected that reaction from leftists.
  13. https://x.com/katiephangshow/status/1796684029451993255 (video clip at link) "The 45th President of the United States will sit down with Probation & Parole and he will be interviewed by a probation officer. That probation officer will make a recommendation of sentencing." @KatiePhang breaks down how the sentencing process will look like for Donald Trump.
  14. https://x.com/BidenHQ/status/1796598389213159514 (video clip at link). President Biden: The American principle that no one is above the law was reaffirmed. Donald Trump was given every opportunity to defend himself. It was a state case, not a federal case. And it was heard by a jury of 12 citizens. 12 Americans, 12 people like you. Like millions of Americans who served on juries, this jury is chosen the same way every jury in America is chosen. It was a process that Donald Trump's attorney was part of. The jury heard five weeks of evidence. After careful deliberation, the jury reached a unanimous verdict. They found Donald Trump guilty on all 34 felony counts. Now he’ll be given the opportunity as he should to appeal that decision just like everyone else has that opportunity. That's how the American system of justice works. And it's reckless, it's dangerous, and it's irresponsible for anyone to say this was rigged just because they don't like the verdict. Our justice system has endured for nearly 250 years and it literally is the cornerstone of America. The justice system should be respected, and we should never allow anyone to tear it down. That's America. That's who we are. And that's who we will always be, God willing
  15. Um...let's see...well they would learn that many (if not most) of the denizens of this forum are transphobic, homophobic, and racist (probably you could throw in sexist too while you're at it). And when many here disagree with you they aren't polite about it and instead use insults that are Middle School level (although Middle Schoolers probably display a lot more maturity).
  16. One would think that Kyle Rittenhouse, of all people, should have a healthy appreciation for our jury system. https://x.com/ThisIsKyleR/status/1796290361817457115 Today is a miscarriage of justice. Donald Trump should NOT of been found guilty.

    Libtards searching for felony suspect

No problem. As long as there is artificial insemination and In vitro fertilization, then the human race can continue even if the world became The Rainbow Planet and was populated entirely by LGBTQ folks.

    Trump's Cognitive Decline and Health

Jeebus, he looks terrible, all tired and stressed out. Katy Tur was talking about this speech or whatever you want to call it on MSNBC. She covered the Trump campaign for NBC and MSNBC in 2016, so has a lot of familiarity being around Trump. She said that she had never seen him like this and that he, in her words, looked "diminished and deflated".
  21. https://x.com/kylegriffin1/status/1796583710990401627 Biden-Harris 2024 Communications Director Michael Tyler: "America just witnessed a confused, desperate, and defeated Donald Trump ramble about his own personal grievances and lie about the American justice system, leaving anyone watching with one obvious conclusion: This man cannot be president of the United States. Unhinged by his 2020 election loss and spiraling from his criminal convictions, Trump is consumed by his own thirst for revenge and retribution. He thinks this election is about him. But it's not. It's about the American people: lowering their costs, protecting their freedoms, defending their democracy."
  22. That doesn't sound quite right to me, do you have a link for that?
  23. He didn't say that he didn't testify based on the advice of council.
  24. https://x.com/kylegriffin1/status/1796571122470977699 It seems Trump was concerned about perjuring himself. In his rambling press conference, he says he would have loved to testify at trial but didn't because "they'll get you on something you said slightly wrong and then they'll sue you for perjury."
