Yes, that is the origin of that racist trope you enjoy using, which is a bastardized combination of Spanish and English. -

Never? https://www.axios.com/2022/05/02/trump-call-violence-presidency The times Trump has advocated for violence Recent revelations that former President Trump allegedly called for protesters gathered outside the White House in 2020 to be shot are part of a pattern of calling for violence that the 45th president followed throughout his years in office. Driving the news: "Can't you just shoot them? Just shoot them in the legs or something?" Trump allegedly asked about the demonstrators protesting the death of George Floyd, according to the forthcoming memoir by former Defense Secretary Mark Esper. State of play: Trump made statements condoning and encouraging violence throughout his presidency. July 2017: During a speech to law enforcement officers in Long Island, New York, Trump seemingly encouraged police officers to be rough with people they were arresting, per ABC News. "Please don't be too nice," he told the audience. August 2017: In the aftermath of the white nationalist rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, Trump failed to unequivocally condemn the violence and said "many sides" were to blame, failing to distinguish between those who participated in the "Unite the Right" rally and those who showed up in opposition to it. October 2018: While speaking at a Montana campaign rally, Trump publicly praised Montana's then-Rep. Greg Gianforte (R) — the state's current governor — for previously assaulting a reporter. "Any guy that can do a body slam, he is my type!" Trump said. October 2019: A New York Times report outlined various strategies Trump had allegedly deliberated to keep migrants away from the U.S. southern border, including a water-filled trench with snakes or alligators and shooting migrants in the legs to slow them down. May 2020: Trump used violent rhetoric when referring to protests in Minneapolis in the wake of George Floyd’s killing, tweeting, "when the looting starts, the shooting starts." The phrase has a racist history going back to police brutality against Black Americans in the 1960s, per the New York Times. June 2020: Trump threatened to use the U.S. military to quell Black Lives Matter protests across the country. "If a city or state refuses to take the actions necessary to defend the life and property of their residents, then I will deploy the United States military and quickly solve the problem for them," Trump said. August 2020: Trump expressed interest in sending the National Guard to Portland, Oregon, to confront protesters, per Vox. "We could fix Portland in, I would say, 45 minutes," Trump said. September 2020: Trump lauded law enforcement officers for killing Michael Forest Reinoehl, a self-described Antifa member suspected of killing a right-wing activist the previous month. "That’s the way it has to be. There has to be retribution," Vox reported. September 2020: When offered the chance to unequivocally condemn white supremacist violence during the first presidential debate, Trump failed to do so, instead telling the far-right Proud Boys that they should "stand back and stand by." January 2021: At a rally preceding the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, Trump repeated false claims that the 2020 election had been stolen and told supporters "we're going to walk down to the Capitol," adding that "you'll never take back our country with weakness." that "we're going to walk down to the Capitol," adding that "you'll never take back our country with weakness." -

Biden had no documents marked SECRET or TOP SECRET from any news account I have seen and Hur did not claim that he did, nor that what he had retained merited criminal charges. However: https://www.wbaltv.com/article/biden-trump-classified-documents-investigations/46695267 Biden and Trump: How the two classified documents investigations came to different endings WASHINGTON — Classified documents were found in a damaged cardboard box in President Joe Biden's cluttered Delaware garage, near where golf clubs hung on the wall. A photo in former President Donald Trump's indictment, meanwhile, shows stacks of boxes filled with documents under a chandelier in an ornate Mar-a-Lago bathroom. In Biden's case, special counsel Robert Hur, a former U.S. attorney for Maryland nominated by Trump, concluded in a report released Thursday that the president should not face criminal charges, despite finding evidence that Biden willfully retained classified information. Trump, on the other hand, is scheduled to stand trial on charges alleging he hoarded classified documents at his Florida estate and thwarted government efforts to get them back. Trump is charged with pertains to a specific classified document found at Mar-a-Lago that were marked "SECRET" or "TOP SECRET." Topics addressed in the documents include details about U.S. nuclear weapons and the nuclear capabilities of a foreign country. -

Yes, Biden had taken some classified documents, but it has not been reported that there were TOP SECRET documents (which nuclear secrets are). Biden (like Mike Pence) didn't try to hide them from investigators, unlike Trump. Nor did he have them in a room or rooms that the general public had access to (like a bathroom or meeting room at Mar-A-Lago). -

What the settlement does: https://eqfl.org/historic-settlement-achieved-challenge-floridas-dont-say-gay-or-trans-law Historic Settlement Achieved in Challenge to Florida’s “Don’t Say Gay or Trans” Law TALLAHASSEE, FL — Equality Florida celebrates a landmark achievement in the fight for LGBTQ+ rights in Florida by announcing a historic settlement in the challenge against the "Don't Say Gay or Trans" law. This settlement, reached with the Florida State Board of Education, Florida Department of Education, and various school districts, embodies the bravery of over a dozen parents, students, and teachers, along with the steadfast commitment of our allies at Family Equality. This agreement successfully dismantles the most harmful impacts of the law, ensuring it cannot be wielded as a tool of discrimination against LGBTQ+ students, educators, and families. The settlement secures several critical protections and clarifications, including: Free Expression Restored: Students and teachers can now speak and write freely about sexual orientation and gender identity in classroom participation and assignments. Anti-Bullying Protections Strengthened: The settlement reinforces safeguards against bullying based on sexual orientation and gender identity. Gay-Straight Alliances Protected: GSAs are officially protected, providing students with essential support and advocacy spaces. Classroom References Clarified: The law cannot prohibit references to LGBTQ+ individuals, relationships, families, or topics in any educational or extracurricular context. Non-Discrimination Assured: Targeting LGBTQ+ persons, couples, families, or issues under the guise of this law is explicitly forbidden. Extracurricular Activities Protected: Participation in and support of LGBTQ+ student clubs and cultural presentations remain unaffected. -

No, not close. Maybe I missed the part where Biden knowingly took classified documents and stored them in his garage that included information on nuclear weapons in the US and secret plans to attack a foreign country. And Biden (like Mike Pence) returned the classified documents immediately when asked to by the government and unlike Trump (who tred to hide them from government attorneys). https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2023/jun/09/five-revelations-trump-unsealed-indictment Trump took nuclear documents out of the White House Upon leaving the White House in January 2021, Trump took with him boxes of classified documents, including information regarding US nuclear capabilities, as well as those of a foreign country. One classified document from June 2020 contained information “concerning nuclear capabilities of a foreign country”. Investigators found another undated document “concerning nuclear weaponry of the United State Trump stored classified documents in the shower, among other places The former president stored boxes of classified documents in various locations at Mar-a-Lago, including an office space, his bedroom, a storage room, a bathroom, a ballroom and in the shower, according to the unsealed indictment. Trump conspired with his valet to hide documents from attorneys Trump’s valet, Waltine Nauta, was indicted alongside his former boss for conspiring to hide classified documents from attorneys searching for them. Nauta faces six federal charges, including concealing evidence and conspiracy to obstruct justice. According to the indictment, Trump directed Nauta, who is currently a personal aide to the former president, to move boxes containing documents in order to hide them from his attorneys, the FBI and a grand jury. When questioned under oath, Nauta said he was unaware Trump held on to boxes with classified documents. That was a lie, prosecutors found during their investigation, as Trump had instructed Nauta to move them from the White House to his Mar-a-Lago resort. Trump shared secret attack plans even though he was unauthorized to do so In July 2021, Trump shared unauthorized information about his desire as president to attack a certain country and a classified conversation with a senior military official during an interview with an unnamed writer and their publisher. “Look what I found, this was [the Senior Military Official’s] plan of attack, read it and just show … it’s interesting,” Trump told the writer, the publisher and two members of his staff, acknowledging he held on to classified documents detailing the plans. None of those he spoke with had security clearances to know that information. “See as president I could have declassified it,” Trump said. “Now I can’t, you know, but this is still a secret.” “Now we have a problem,” said a staffer. Trump: “Isn’t that interesting? Trump suggested attorneys lie to DoJ about having no documents The indictment suggests when lawyers for Trump met with him to discuss how to respond to a May 2022 subpoena seeking documents marked as classified at Mar-a-Lago, Trump allegedly suggested they should tell the justice department that they had no materials that needed to be turned over. The indictment stated that Trump said: “I don’t want anybody looking, I don’t want anybody looking through my boxes, I really don’t, I don’t want you looking through my boxes.” He allegedly added: “What happens if we just don’t respond at all or don’t play ball with them?” and “Wouldn’t it be better if we just told them we don’t have anything here?” [...] -

What was I supposed to respond to? Doesn't matter because no matter link or proof I provide neither you nor jonny will admit you are wrong here that Biden, and Hillary did the exact same thing as Trump. This is not apples an oranges comparison, this is apples and watermelons. I have been down this road many times before with wrong_mx, and it always plays out the same way. I dispute a falsehood of his with proof and he either ignores it completely (no response) or claims "that was an exception, or that doesn't count!" Never once has he ever admitted he was wrong (hence his infamous nickname). -
