I am on record in this thread not supporting the Colorado decision because Trump has not been given due process. I still believe however that he did encourage the attempted coup or insurrection.

For the record: I don't think that Donald Trump should be disqualified from any state ballot for participating in an insurrection. This is because: 1) He has not been charged with or convicted of participating in the Jan 6. insurrection in any court of law. 2) Jack Smith could have charged him with that and opted not to. 3) The proceedings of Congress, etc., that found him guilty of such actions did not give him adequate due process.

This is the one and only case that anyone has cited that this has happened or is happening.

You didn't read what I quoted (and of course the link). One of the Republican legislators who said this happened admitted that he was duped by the false story.
