Just a reminder folks, if a someone is trolling or spamming a thread you don't have to read all their posts. Actually it is no longer considered legal precedent as SCOTUS has since gone on record to say that the Korematsu v. United States decision (which affirmed FDR's decision to imprison Japanese citizens) was wrongfully decided. -
Pretty much. If you notice he was the last one to post in 12 threads currenlty on the first page and as usual it has killed all discussion in them (I don't know what he posted as I have him on ignore because every post is one of the same 3-4 YouTube videos he rotates or some lame name calling (quite often both).

I don't think so. Found his Mom's Facebook page and both his parents look white to me and his siblings don't look mixed race (not that that is the last word on the subject). https://www.facebook.com/christina.walker.75286/ His folks met at the University of Iowa and his mother was born in Eddyville, Iowa that has a current population of 965 (so probably not many black residents I would imagine). And Kalen could be a family surname (it is of Irish origin).

If we only had an awareness of sushi, this all might have been avoided. -

Not any liberals here. Not any Democrats here. Although there may be some folks on the right that support both. -

Hearsay that could be presented in court (and was in some Jan 6 cases) because it falls under an exception of being a statement made by the defendant. Evidence Code 1220 EC makes an exception to the hearsay rule for statements that are made by a party to litigation (for example, a criminal defendant) when those statements are offered against him/her. -

Was the police officers who were assaulted with clubs, sticks, flag poles, bottles and other objects also just rhetoric in the heat of the moment? They planned to kill them jonny. https://www.newsweek.com/proud-boys-intended-kill-mike-pence-nancy-pelosi-fbi-witness-says-1562062 Proud Boys Intended To Kill Mike Pence and Nancy Pelosi, FBI Witness Says An FBI witness says that members of the far-right Proud Boys had hoped to assassinate Vice President Mike Pence and Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi during last week's violent storming of the U.S. Capitol. [...] An FBI special agent made the claim in an affidavit as part of a criminal complaint against 43-year-old Dominic Pezzola, who is accused of taking part in the riot in support of President Donald Trump's false claims that the presidential election was "stolen." Pezzola, who is also known as "Spaz," allegedly used a shield taken from a Capitol Police officer to smash a Capitol window before entering the building. An FBI witness said that the group Pezzola was with had discussed committing violent acts that went far beyond property damage. "[The witness] stated that other members of the group talked about things that they had done during the day, and they said that anyone they got their hands on they would have killed, including Nancy Pelosi," the affidavit, which was filed Wednesday, reads. "[The witness] further stated that members of this group, which included 'Spaz,' said that they would have killed [Vice President] Mike Pence if given the chance." -

They wouldn't have done a damn thing to Pelosi, Pence or AOC? There is testimony of some of the Jan 6 mob that their intent was to commit bodily harm upon the legislators if they found them and you must be aware of that. https://www.itv.com/news/2021-02-10/us-capitol-rioters-planned-to-kill-mike-pence-and-put-bullet-through-nancy-pelosis-skull-legal-documents-say US Capitol rioters 'planned to kill Pence and Pelosi' impeachment trial hears as never before seen footage shown Donald Trump's impeachment trial has been shown never before seen footage of the US Capitol riots as the mob searched for then Vice-President Mike Pence and Speaker Nancy Pelosi. The trial heard how the pair were the "target" for the insurrectionists, with court documents suggesting rioters planned to kill Mr Pence and put a bullet through the skull of Speaker Pelosi. [...] ITV News US Correspondent Emma Murphy said: “We had presented to the court today some legally-sworn documents from those in detention who had been part of the riot, they were very chilling. “One of them said that if they managed to get their hands on Mike Pence, the former vice president, they would have killed him. “Another said that they were looking for Nancy Pelosi, the leader of the House, in the hope of putting a bullet in her head.” -

OK, let's say Ashli Babbitt was not shot and had led the mob of protesters into the chamber where the legislators were, what would they have done to Pence, Pelosi, AOC and others if they had got their hands on them? Ashlii and friends probably would have been beaten and killed them, right? And that is OK with you? -

And what happened to the cops outside being struck with clubs, sticks, bottles, flag poles, etc., was not a deadly assault? It was, which was why many justifiably got the prison sentences they did. -

The guy who struck Kyle Rittenhouse with the skateboard was unarmed too, but you no problem with him being blown away. She was warned repeatedly by folks in the crowd shouting "He's got a gun!" This was akin to ignoring a LEO who says "Stop or I'll shoot" - seriously what did she expect under the circumstances? It doesn't matter if she and the rest of the mob didn't have guns, they still would have killed the legislators if they got their hands on them and you must know that. -

His job was to defend the members of Congress and he was the last line of defense preventing the mob from entering the chamber. What do people think would have happened to Pence, Pelosi, AOC, etc.. if he hadn't stopped the crowd from getting in? They wouldn't have just asked them politely for an autograph. They would have beaten and killed the legislators (with Pence perhaps literally hanged). -

No, that is a lie. Yes, she was driven past it but that was two hours before the bomb was discovered. https://www.cnn.com/2022/01/31/politics/kamala-harris-january-6-2021-democratic-national-committee/index.html Then-Vice President-elect Kamala Harris drove within several yards of a pipe bomb lying next to a bench outside the Democratic National Committee headquarters on January 6, 2021, and remained inside the DNC for nearly two hours before the bomb was discovered, according to multiple law enforcement officials familiar with the situation. -

Here is a better view of her in the window attempting to break into the legislative chamber (and people clearly screaming "He's got a gun!") -

No, she is not outside the door, she clearly is in the window and you see her fall backwards out of it after she has been shot. -

And she was warned before she climbed in the broken window by several people yelling "He has a gun!" (the officer had it out and was obviously prepared to use it to prevent the lawless mob from storming in to where the legislators were).
