No, she is not outside the door, she clearly is in the window and you see her fall backwards out of it after she has been shot. -

And she was warned before she climbed in the broken window by several people yelling "He has a gun!" (the officer had it out and was obviously prepared to use it to prevent the lawless mob from storming in to where the legislators were). -

No, a kitchen timer could work. An expert before the House said it didn't go off in the one hour period after the pipe bomb was planted, not that standard kitchen time could not work. It couldn't work 17 hours later if that had been the intent. https://judiciary.house.gov/media/press-releases/republicans-release-new-information-january-6-pipe-bomb-investigation Mr. D'Antuono provided testimony about the viability of the pipe bombs, which, according to reporting, were deemed to be 'inoperable.' While Mr. D'Antuono referenced a report from the FBI laboratory in Quantico, Virginia, that the pipe bombs were viable, and 'they could explode, and they could cause harm or death,' Mr. D'Antuono also acknowledged that the timer used on the pipe bomb could not have detonated the pipe bomb given the time already elapsed between placement and discovery. He testified: Mr. Massie. Well, let me ask you this: Do you think it was technically possible for a kitchen timer . . . that has [a] 1-hour duration . . . to detonate a bomb 17 hours later? A. No, I don't. And I saw the same kitchen timer as you. I agree. I don't know when they were supposed to go off. Maybe they weren't supposed to go off. We can't—we don't know. We honestly don't know, and that's some of the pain . . . . -

What a pack of lies. Just taking one, the pipe bombs planted were real, not fake nor planted by the FBI https://www.cbsnews.com/news/fbi-pipe-bombs-jan-6-dnc-rnc-headquarters/ -

Dude, Kyle had no clue they had done that. He would have shot them if they were church elders.

And Kyle knew this at the time? How?

The woods are full of them. Or least they are on this forum. -
2035? Relax. Just continue to use your gas guzzler after that, I am sure they won't ban those cars from the roads too.

His "story" has the flavor of an urban legend he's repeated and personalized to make it seem legitimate, but obviously it isn't. -

As I suspected it was rules that prohibited displaying any flag, so they were being consistent. However, after reading from the link, I wonder if a Rainbow flag would be determined to be offensive.

Didn't some people predict here that no one would not be charged with murder for the shooting? -
I am guessing that there is more to the story than this.

No, the Due Process clause of the Constitution applies to both citizens and non-citizens alike.
