You ever enter your kid into a toe sucking contest?
squistion replied to Cdub100's topic in The Geek Club
It was students of the same class, licking the toes of other students. All participants were students who volunteered from what I have read. No adults were involved, so how is this considered child abuse? -

Yes, from what I've read it was a class competition between different grades. -

Beyonce’s new country song top Billboard chart Beyoncé has hit a new high with her new country song “Texas Hold ‘Em.” Although much hay has been made about the single, it debuted in the No. 1 position on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart — which tallies streaming, airplay and sales. According to Rolling Stone, the former Destiny’s Child frontwoman holds the distinction as “the first Black woman artist ever to top (the chart) in the modern history of country music.”

So robbing a bank is the same as licking another student's toes when both participants are doing it voluntarily? Okie Dokie Pokie. -

Volunteering to lick toes for charity is the same as robbing a bank? You seriously need to work on your analogies if that is the best you can come up with. -

Relax. The kids who participated in this were all volunteers and it was for a worthwhile charitable organization that helps students and adults with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities. Over $152k was raised by this and other contests that the kids participated in. https://ktul.com/newsletter-daily/deer-creek-school-district-responds-after-video-shows-students-licking-toes-for-fundraiser-wonderful-week-of-fundraising-not-your-average-joe-coffee-clash-of-classes-deer-creek-high-school-students-class-competition-feet -

And these shoes are so ugly that Trump probably wouldn't be caught dead in them. Has anyone ever seen him in a pair of sneakers?

Good for judge Ezra. The bill is clearly unconstitutional: https://www.texastribune.org/2024/02/29/texas-arrest-migrant-illegal-senate-bill-4-blocked/#:~:text=During a court hearing on,under the federal government's authority. During a court hearing on Feb. 15 in Austin, the Department of Justice argued that SB 4 is unconstitutional because courts have ruled that immigration solely falls under the federal government’s authority. -

San Francisco considers reparations proposal to give $5 million per Black person
squistion replied to Patented Phil's topic in The Geek Club
Yes, some Democratic legislators are pushing reparations and are probably pandering to black voters. However, most Democrats or those leaning Democrat are not in favor of reparations (49% opposed per Pew Research Poll) so it ain't gonna happen. https://www.pewresearch.org/short-reads/2022/11/28/black-and-white-americans-are-far-apart-in-their-views-of-reparations-for-slavery/#:~:text=Among Democrats and Democratic-leaning,91% say they should not. And while I think most blacks would like some form of reparations (who wouldn't?). I don't honestly think that they realistically believe that they are coming. I would say that is just wishful thinking on their part. -

Another thread bashing black folks, just what this forum needed. Looking forward to seeing the "Top Ten Transexuals" next as I am sure that will be equally enlightening.
