Fun Fact: Federal grand juries can hold hearings, hear evidence and cross examine witnesses in any jurisdiction and charges can be brought in other jurisdictions (there is ample precedent for that).

Name a liberal justice who has been accused of accepting lavish gifts from wealthy donors that gives the suggestion of impropriety on their part? Name one. If George Soros had had treated Sotomayor or Kagan to favors like this, I would be against it too, or for that matter any member of the federal judiciary. Whether or not it influenced an actual vote is irrelevant, this doesn't look good and undermines the public faith in our court system.

The groping and sniffing is an exaggerated non-story. His comments that are supposedly racist are often distorted to as far as what he meant and/or how it was interpreted. In any event, black folks and other racial minorities don't seem to have an issue with it (and their opinion, not those of Trump supporters, MAGA folks and Republicans is the only thing that really counts).

And it means nothing to blacks, or other minorities. The only ones getting excited about is Republicans and MAGA types.
