It doesn't give specific examples...but yes, for instance, they could probably openly express being heterosexual in public (like kissing or holding hands) without any legal consequences, unlike say, a male who could be arrested for expressing their homosexuality by dressing in drag for a Pride parade.

It can be viewed an expression of being homosexual (or LGBTQ) and acts of homosexuality are considered "sexual conduct" under the ordinance. It is all open to interpretation and selective enforcement which is why the ACLU is opposing it and it will not withstand a court challenge.
