For the most part it wasn't. And I don't believe that the "No Kings" marches should be on this list either, so far I haven't seen any acts of violence at the protests today (that may change, but I doubt it).

Exactly. It is very easy to jump to the wrong conclusion in situations like this (2+2 sometimes = 5). That was why earlier in the thread I just reported what had been confirmed and tried to avoid attribution any blame. And we still don't know that much as far as the shooter's motives are concerned. Yes, he was appointed by Walz but the board he was appointed to was bipartisan. Yes, he had "No Kings" flyers in his car but we don't know why he did. His assassination target list was all prominent Democrats but was it for party affiliation or their anti-Abortion position? Many questions still to be answered.
