    Do you have a link to the FBI and DOJ saying that? I couldn't find that with a Google search. And wasn't it her former employer who had fired her? If so that would qualify as workplace related violence.

    Is that how they classify it? I can't find any link to confirm that. And I am not sure this qualifies as a hate crime as she was a former employee of the school and may have had some vendetta against the people who ran it.
