  2. Traverse City Sheriff gives press conference. That confirms he is member of the religion of peace...Oh, wait it doesnt...
  3. Of course not. And the OP suggested he is Muslim without knowing anything about the stabbings (or why not ask if he is a Christian?).

Worst Cover Songs. - a spermoff

Elva Ruby Miller, who recorded under the name Mrs. Miller, was an American singer who gained some fame in the 1960s for her series of shrill and off-tempo renditions of popular songs such as "Moon River", "Monday, Monday", "A Lover's Concerto" and "Downtown". An untrained mezzo-soprano, she sang in a heavy, vibrato-laden style. Miller's voice was compared to the sound of "roaches scurrying across a trash can lid."

    Make “Whites Only” Great Again

Yes, and as was noted in my post, it is not a "Blacks only" community you don't have to be Black to live there.

    Make “Whites Only” Great Again

Fun Fact: You don't have to be Black to live in Freedom, Georgia From Google AI Overview: Freedom, Georgia is not an exclusively Black community. While founded by Black families seeking a safe haven from racism and aiming to foster Black prosperity, the community welcomes anyone to join and become a part of the initiative. The founders have stated their desire for a thriving, diverse community where people of all backgrounds can feel welcome.

Harris supporter screaming in child’s face

They were so anxious to label this person a Democrat and a Harris Campaign paid organizer, that they never bothered to verify the details. This was debunked shortly after the OP was posted.

How many tariffs have actually been implimented and what has been the economic impact?

    Make “Whites Only” Great Again

They says it is legal because it is a private members association or a private club. There are only about 40 people living there and it seems to be in remote part of the Ozarks, so I would doubt that any blacks, Jews, or gays will try to move in so there can be a court challenge.

You joined June 18. So you admit you are an alias account of someone who was banned or suspended? If so who was that?

Spencer Pratt exposes Newsome Fire Aid scam

Oh the irony from a FF Rookie poster with only 47 posts.
  16. He is being pedantic, he is saying that unless the Constitution specifcally spells out it in black and white, then it is not in the Constitution. Fun Fact: SCOTUS has found a right to privacy under the Constitution, although it is not mentioned in the main document or any amendment. By the same token if SCOTUS has ruled that aliens who have entered the country come under the protective scope of the Due Process Clause, then they are saying that they are accorded protection under the Constitution (albeit indirectly).
  17. No, it is not an issue of semantics, due process was not given. If you want to say it was a mistake, OK, but then it was a mistake that denied him due process. A distinction without a difference.
  18. Yes, that is what started this thread. The argument has not been that he couldn't be deported under any circumstances, it was that if he was deported, then due process must be accorded to him which was not the case here.
  19. In the context of the U.S. Constitution, particularly the Fourteenth Amendment, being "under the jurisdiction of the United States" generally means being subject to its laws and political authority.
  20. Yes I was talking about Garcia, who was not accorded due process when he was first deported to El Salvador (which is why we have this thread). per Google: a judge did rule in his favor regarding his wrongful deportation, preventing his immediate deportation and ordering his return to the US, it was a temporary measure to ensure due process.
  21. Of course it does. No point in arguing with him because he just keeps repeating like a parrot: "Nope, not for illegals, they have no right to due process"
  22. Who embrace simple common sense, like the notion that everyone is entitled to due process under the Constitution?
  23. Fun Fact: Everyone under the jurisdiction of the United States is accorded due process under the Constitution, whether they are a citizen or a non-citized and here legally or illegally,
  24. You seem to think this is a winning issue, yet you can't point to anything that supports your position (like maybe one poll showing a majority of Amercians want due process denied in deportation proceedings). The Founding Fathers understood that if you can deny due process to anyone, then you can deny it to everyone and I think most Amercians can grasp that concept too.
