You seem to think this is a winning issue, yet you can't point to anything that supports your position (like maybe one poll showing a majority of Amercians want due process denied in deportation proceedings). The Founding Fathers understood that if you can deny due process to anyone, then you can deny it to everyone and I think most Amercians can grasp that concept too.
