No. To my understanding campaigns have been paying the production costs to performers who appear at their events for years. https://www.newsweek.com/trump-calls-investigation-beyonce-bruce-springsteen-performances-2073941 There is no indication that payments that have been confirmed are personal payments to the performers and there should not be an assumption that they profited personally, or received any money, from the performances referenced.
