He and a few others do that all the time, try to deflect from the news that is reported by focusing on who reported it (which doesn't change the actual news). Krassenstein is just the messenger here relating what Garcia said in the amended lawsuit. He didn't change or add anything and his only commentary being "There may be more" I could have found another dozen tweets reporting this and they all would have said the same thing, but somehow it is not credible only because of the source.

The fact you posted something you saw on Fox doesn't make it any less misleading, it is still a misleading interpretation of poll results (perhaps deliberately on their part). Gallup didn't find that only 36% of all Democrats are proud to be an American (it found that only 36% said they were "extremely proud" and that is a big difference). Perhaps in the future if you start another thread like this, if you should mention your source material as it might save some misunderstanding
