No, it isn't, because police brutality occurs all the time in this country. If there was a riot for everytime police brutality was documented there would probably be a dozen riots a year in the US (and that is a conservative estimate). And we all saw the George Floyd video. If you feel that was justifiable, then I don't know what to say.
