I pulled some monster trades at the right time and I played the waiver wire very well this year. With out it, I would have lost with out question. QB - Bulger WR - Chad Johnson WR - Larry Fitzgerald RB - Jones-Drew RB - Tiki Barber TE - Kellen Winslow (But I started L.J. Smith in the championship game) W/R - Shaun Alexander K - Gramatica (This changed weekly) D - London Fletcher-Baker D - Ray Lewis D - James Farrior (He was benched the championship game) D - Brian Dawkins (He played the championship game) BN - Cutler BN - Addai BN - Lee Evans BN - Joe Horn

L.J is playing against Atlanta Winslow is playing against Houston. Winslow has scored more points this year, but he has slowed down as of late. Who should I start?

I have seen a lot of double penalty calls this year. Instead of trying to get the calls right, they just decided they are going to have them play the play over. As for this call, I am biased as a Redskins fan, but I thought it was Buress who pushed off first and the DB had to grab to get back into position.

My fantasy superbowl is week 17, and he is on my team. I survived his shortcomings all year (just barely) by picking up players off of the waiver wire. Hopefully his 34 points that he gave me will be enough to give me the win! Not sold just yet though.

Who would you start this week? Cutler vs. Bulger Cutler is going against Cincy Bulger is going against the Skins Addai vs. Alexander I get points for attempts and for yards. Addai is going against Houston Alexander is going against the Chargers. Addai may not be getting the ball as much Alexander has not been doing great

I'd also put barber in for barber.

Your team. I think your matchups are better. Thanks for mine.

I palmer has a good game, I think it is going to be Team A. However, it is always possible that LT is going to slow down now that he has his record and they just about have the #1 seed locked up. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=261367

Duece, with out a doubt. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=261367

Bruce and Hackett or Jennings Bruce is solid, and I think it is a toss up between Jennings and Hackett. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=261367

I would go with Bulger, but he hasn't been great and the Washington defense has been playing much better the last few weeks then they were at the start of the year. I just think Dalas is going to be a tough match up for Garcia. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=261367

A guy in my league decided he was done with Farve and he dropped him! LOL. His loss should be my gain!

Who would you start this week? Addai didn't look great last week, but at least he had a higher ypc. He should/could do better this week. Lundy, looked pretty bad last week... But, at least he was the starter. Out of the two, who would you start?
-
I think I would hold on to Parker. I wouldn't trade for either McGahee or Chester Taylor.

I could do either Lee Evans or Burleson. I gave up my depth before the start of the season to make a trade to get Tiki Barber... So, my advantage is I have SA and Tiki as my RB's.

Any WAS homers have the Portis update from the weekend?
Staffer replied to cortezthekiller303's topic in FFToday Board
Portis will start. I expect Duckett to take away almost all of Portis' carries that are inside the 10 yards. Portis has had this injury in the past, and it is more of an annoyance then a "keep you out" type of injury. Portis will need to be in there to turn around the horrible Washington offense that we have seen so far in the preseason. -
Any deep sleeper WR/TE/RB to pick up after draft?
Staffer replied to Illfan's topic in FFToday Board
Greg Jennings might be there. If he is, I would snatch him up in a heartbeat. -
Stallworth couldn't beat out a 7th round draft pick, if that tells you anything? I think having more depth there in Eagle country, only helps our Reggie.
-
I took Winslow late in the 13th and I took V. Davis late in the 15th. I wouldn't have waited so long for a TE, but the run of TE's went in between my picks and there was no one (TE) left to take. So I waited, and I hope Kellen Winslow is as big as he could be!
-
I agree. I would keep my first round pick.

In a 10 person league, I traded my 3rd (3.02) and my 5th (5.02) for the 6th person taken (Tiki Barber)
-
Sounds good to me. I hope he burns the cowboys big time!
-
Guy that did the trade has TO, and I talked him into being affraid that he was going to lose TO quickly this year. Who knows, he may actually lose TO quickly the way that whole mess is going. LOL. Just as long as Tiki doesn't start to be affected by his 30+ age (Wasn't an issue last year) and just as long as SA does suffer from the multiple curses on him.... Then I am going to do just fine, even if my WR core stinks.
-
Tiki Barber. I traded away Willie Parker and Reggie Wayne for Tiki. So, now I have Both SA and Tiki. It could be huge, or it could suck big time for me. The season will tell.
