  1. On Mikes injury report it says Kaeding practiced in full <_<

All I can say is it came straight from the "horses mouth". However, we are talking about the NFL so they can tell a player one thing and do another in the blink of an eye. If Brown doesn't kick they are doing him a huge disservice. There have been upwards of 4 kicking jobs open in the last 2 weeks that he could have landed a permanent job had they already cut him.

  2. I'm sure Matt would LOVE that, because that would mean he would actually CATCH the ball!

    What a thought!

BTW, he hasn't done jack sht all year, so you saying that after he had at least 1 ball for a TD dropped isnt really going out on a limb,

Since he hasnt done sht all year, I would think he did go out on a limb by predicting 6-105-1. I am with him, I think bowe and cassel both have a big game this week

  3. You're quite sensitive aren't you? Did someone attack you on this board and it left scars? Why would he be thinking wtf? Nobody is really trashing on the guy much at all.

lmao! Hasnt everyone been attacked on this bored! I personally just don't see much need for it, but do find you all entertaining on occasion. Stephen Davis led me to believe he might be going wtf if he didnt know what was going on.

  4. Just some friendly advice since you are probably going wtf. There is another bored called "a little help" which is used for start/sit questions. I would keep an eye on Addai and if he is able to go I would start him and Bush. Best has a really tough match-up going against the Giants. He could be useful if it is a ppr league though. Problem is that Colts play in night game so you might not know up until game time, which would leave you in a very bad position if he is inactive.

  5. I am still trying to decide between Giants, steelers, and chicago. I am leaning towards chicago. Cutler is supposed to be back and going against the worst pass defense in the league and on top of it,seattle's defense is notorious for playing poorly on the road. There are some tough weeks later in the year I would like to use Giants and Steelers.

    I am liking Dallas wk8

    Good luck to all

  6. Decimals are ridiculous? How so? It is the best way to determine how well your team produced. Every YARD matters. Why should my RB get 99 yards rushing and your RB gets 92 yards rushing, yet we each get 9 fantasy points for that. In what world should 99 yards be the same production as 92 yards. Those 7 yards could be the difference in winning an actual football game, so they should count in fantasy football too.

Decimal scoring is the best way to go because it basically eliminates ties, and gives the best determination of who's fantasy roster produced the best every week.

 this in a nutshell. Players get credit for every yard they gain and they should in fantasy as well. It is not calculus, the computer scoring will take care of it. (by the way, it would be more like 4th grade math). As an added bonus, it virtually eliminates ties.

  7. I know what it means...

Then why did you write a stupid post about it. Before you respond to a post, perhaps you should read exactly what others wrote and what you have written as well. The only thing your post did was dish on my opinion because I am a Felix owner and let everyone know I don't know what I am talking about because I think Jerry Jones is the head coach. 3-0 :first: Keep trying to make your post legit...it will be fun!

  8. Says the guy with Jones on his team.

And when did Jerry become the head coach?

For the record..I do have Felix on my team and have never started him and dont need to start him. Don't you know what the quotes mean? I would call you a name...but not my style. I think we all know that wade phillips is not really the head coach! Except for you apparently!

  9. Great post. I've avoided Moss in recent years because I think, subconsciously, I had these thoughts, but you stated them very well.

Funny you say that because in one of my 12-team leagues in which i picked 10th...I was hoping and praying the 11th or 12th teams would take Moss just so I wouldn't have that option. They didn't and guess who I very reluctantly pulled the trigger on = Moss. I should know better than getting caught up in the hype, which is exactly what happened. The sad thing is, these guys are dangerous, deep threat wide receivers, and having them run deep routes every play works out very well for their team...just not fantasy teams!

  10. I need Moss and Longwell to get just 6 points between them. Sounds easy probably will be sweating it out like usual.

At least you will probably only be sweating it out for the first quarter...or until half time at the worst.

  11. They lost the game because of turnovers and Felix Jones had none of them. He ran with speed and authority against a tough Tenn defense. "head coaches" like Jerry Jones are smart enough to realize this. I would expect to see a 70-30 split the rest of year.

  12. It seems like the slot receivers have really taken over in the nfl. Jennings runs basically the same route every play and other teams simply put a safety over the top and you have him accounted for. This opens up the middle for finley and driver. Moss is the same way. These guys are used primarily to open up routes for other receivers and get relatively few actual looks. You take some of your other stud wide receivers (white, wayne, fitz, marshall, for example), they run every pattern in the book. I am going to take this trend into account when I draft next year. Jennings is all or nothing, like he was last year, and like he is going to be this year. He is becoming very hard to start, especially in ppr leagues.

  13. I am not going to help much more since I am in agreement with everyone else. Best is a given and then it's a coin flip between Matthews and Tolbert. My gut says Tolbert but I think both of them will put up solid numbers against a very weak run defense. We all saw what Foster did to them in one half. I think Tolbert is more similar to Foster in running style...perhaps oakland is more suspect against this type of downhill runner?

  14. I just offered a trade where I am giving up Randy Moss/harrison and getting MoJo/seattle d. I am loaded at wr while he is loaded at rb and has hillis on his roster so harrison is a good handcuff for him. Would you accept this trade?

  15. I have tonight

    Nebraska (-6.5) 1st H

    Nebraska (-11.5)

    Nebraska (-5.5) 2nd H

You are off to a nice start! Congrats. Don't know where you are from or if you have seen the huskers play yet this year, but T-Magic (Freshmen qb) has electrifying speed and showed it tonight! I dont know if you paid any attention to my original post and kept an eye on Lavonte David...but what a stud! If you watched the game you saw plenty of him (19 tackles). Taylor Martinez just got natioal player of the week and its only thursday imo. His name is going to start getting thrown around for the heisman too after doing that on espn. I wont take it too seriously since he is only a freshman, but the recognition will be nice for him and the huskers. Good luck the rest of the week.

  16. Did you know Orton is leading the league in passing yards and ranks #3 in my league in total points for a qb? You have a solid team...do not overthink. There is nothing wrong with having quality depth. Just ask those owners who have been decimated by injuries this year. You could suffer a couple of injuries (and you are going to) and still be fine. See my sig for rb depth which is actually very similar to yours. I am going to coast through bye weeks without any signicant decrease in quality while some teams are going to struggle with fielding a team = wins!
