What's funny is, during a time where everyone is going to RBBC and stud RB's are at a premium, everyone is now worried about the few RB's that don't split carries.....all these noobies worried if their people get more than 20 carries because "Their legs will fall off" LOL. These guys do this for a living, I think they will be fine. You should have Turner anyway. This topic is officially over.

I'm getting tired of people bringing this topic up....LT had 31 carries. Warrick Dunn had 29. Willie Parker had 31. Chester Taylor had 31. Rudi Johnson had 28. James had 26. About 5 other backs had 20+. Should we be worried about these guys? Bottom line: anyone, especially backs, can get hurt on any given play. LT has carried a heavy load every year. Looks like he might touch the ball a bit more this year. If this worries you, trade him. I just listed a bunch of guys that carried the ball as much as he did. Maybe you would be happier with a back that only gets 15 or less touches a game

Haven't heard anything. Has he practiced or what?

I got a combined 2 pts from my recievers this week (B. Loyd and R. Williams), and still beat my opponent by 20. I didn't think I had a shot with Portis and TJ Housh riding the pine, but I pulled it out. I love fantasy football.

Karen Guregian, of the Boston Herald, reports several members of the Buffalo Bills suspect the New England Patriots signed WR Jonathan Smith last week just to gather information of the Bills' playbook before the two teams met in Week 1. The Patriots released Smith before the game. "It's not the first time they've done it," said Bills WR Lee Evans when asked about it. "It's the nature of the business, part of the game, I guess. There's not a whole lot you can say about it. It's just what they wanted to do." Evans wasn't alone in his assessment. Other players in the opposing locker room agreed the Smith signing had a foul smell to it. Bills CB Terrence McGee, however, saw Smith in the hallway of Gillette Stadium following warm-ups, so he wasn't sure what was going on. It's possible he was just visiting players, or doing the double-reverse on the Pats, and feeding the Bills info, or Patriots head coach Bill Belichick has other ideas for him. If the double-reverse scenario is the case, it's curious the Pats didn't wait to release him until after the game. Wow, I never knew stuff like this happened.

um, I won't be the one to point out the inherent stupidity of this topic....well, nevermind

In my league, these guys will probably end up with similar fantasy points alot of weeks...Tiki racks up tons of yards with the occasional TD, Jacobs gets a fraction of the yards with 1-2 short TDs
-
I'm not hating on Tiki....I love the guy, wish he was on my team. But IMHO Jacobs would be huge if something happened to Tiki. 5 carries for 40 yards ain't bad. Almost looks like anyone could rush the ball behind that o-line tonight, really opening up some holes.

T. Brady M. Bulger M. Vick L. Tomlinson (keeper) C. Portis F. Gore B. Jacobs J. Addai TJ Housh R. Williams B. Lloyd A. Lelie B. Troupe K. Winslow J. Wilkins Miami Defense We start 1 qb, 2 rb, 2 wr, 1 te, 1 kicker, 1 defense. I set at qb, rbs should be fine if Portis can get healthy. I'm hurting at wr though. What do u guys think? Leave link, will answer yours. Thanks

i like it for a 12 man league...might want to shop for a starting #3 running back....you've got 2 studs starting but not much after that...i like the qbs, i think favre will bounce back this year, also high on burleson this year... Good Job
-
Really like the first team, the second team might have a qb issue. The wideouts for both teams are unbelievable....good job
-
yeah, i think addai could have a good 2nd half of the season.... What do you guys think about trading one of my qbs for an upgrade at wideout? There are a few teams in my league hurting at qb, and i really don't need 3. Should I propose a trade or wait a week or two to see how my recievers are doing?
-
are these 10 are 12 man leagues?
