"It was actually worse than when I injured my knee," Vick said. "When I got hit, it was painful, but I got up and I was able to walk. I know I was able to go back in when at first I thought I wasn't." Vick didn't put up big numbers against a sub par New Orleans defense, but did come away with the win.
