thill 0 Posted October 30, 2005 there is no way this can work. i have juervisous (sp?) on bye and very few other options. so i am hoping the ciny pass game goes nuts this week. but with my luck this year, johnson and perry will go SA on green bay.
iceblumist610 0 Posted October 30, 2005 My opponent (#1 in the league) is starting Palmer and Chad. Oh crap. Luckily, Shaun Alexander is on a bye. If he weren't, I'd be dead already.
uby 0 Posted October 30, 2005 I think that you'll see Housh getting most of the stats this game. Harris should contain CJ to less than 80 yards and no TDs. Housh - 115 yds, 2 TDs CJ - 75 yds, no TDs Rudi - 95 yds, 1 TD Perry - 20 yds rush, 40 yds rec, no TDs Bengals win 24-14 we'll see tomorrow ;-)

football_scooter 0 Posted October 30, 2005 Harris should contain CJ to less than 80 yards and no TDs. sure... There aren't enough of available. He's not going to contain CJ. I seriously doubt it, anyway...

football_scooter 0 Posted October 31, 2005 I SO wish Fav-rah could have pulled it out and sent that game to OT. I coulda used more stats from Palmer and CJ.

uby 0 Posted October 31, 2005 i think you want to trade CJ away if you own him (I do). this marks the sixth game this season he had to be taken out for at least 2 series due to a minor injury. this stuff adds up. plus, his next 5 week schedule is: @ Balt Bye Ind Balt @ Pitt That's 5 weeks of likely mediocre stat lines. I'd bet you can trade him for great value at this point. I'll be targeting Jimmy Smith, Rod Smith, Donald Driver type WRs (who will put up similar numbers individually) and Westbrook, KJ, Dunn type RBs. If I could get someone to give me some combo of players like that for CJ, I'd probably do it. Avoid trading Ind players, since they won't be in the starting lineup in fantasy playoff weeks (unless the Colts lose 3 in a row in the coming weeks...) Oh, since there's two sides to every coin, here was my Bodog lineup this week: Roeth Plummer Pittman LT DD Randy Moss X2 Calico Patten Heath Miller Dawson Bryant Lions D I expect to have around 100 total points, and rank around #20000. Yippee =/
hoffdaddy 1 Posted October 31, 2005 like it or not, GB defense is NOT bad. No kidding. I've been saying it for weeks, and I've been called a blind homer.
thill 0 Posted October 31, 2005 my trade deadline us up, so no good for me. but with reed and lewis out for next week, that d is not what it was. and pitt d is good overall but bad against the pass. i think chaz still has a great 2nd half comming.
