Up to date cap room

Recommended Posts

I am curious if anyone knows a site that tracks cap room on a regular basis.

Now that the Cowboys have signed TO to that monster $10M contract, do they have any room left or are they done with FAs this year?

Same for the Redskins, do they have any cap room left?

Well, the cap for this year is $102 million. Dallas was at about $18 million under before they started signing anyone. And yes, that includes the savings of Glover and Nguyen.

Owens contract will probably count around $10 million this season, Ayodele's contract only counts about $600,000 this season, Kozier's contract also counts $600,000 vs. the cap.

I don't details on Hannam's or Fabini's contract though, sorry. I figure roughly Dallas has around $5 million left for 2006.

Is that what they have left to sign rookies or is there a separate pool for that?

I think this includes what they have to sign rookies with. But I could be wrong. There is also talk about restructuring some contracts as well. Namely Ferguson and Rivera.
