tampa_fan_01 0 Posted June 18, 2006 I went out and picked up Chad Pennington to be a backup qb this year, because I already had Ramsey. I am pretty sold on Ramsey starting the year, with Pennington cleaning up when he is healthy. Is there any chance that Clemens can come in and start though?
