Tusekan Raiders 0 Posted July 1, 2006 Everyone has Greenway pencilled in at WLB, but he has worked behind EJ Henderson there the whole off-season. However, Greenway isn't under contract and obviously the new coaching staff likes what they've seen of Greenway, so now they need to evaluate the others. Leber seems the most locked in to a spot, though he may have the least physical talents of the group. However, he coaching staff seems to like his skills for the SLB role in the Tampa 2 and brought him in specifically to play there. Nap Harris and Dontarrius Thomas appear to be competing for MLB, w/Henderson probably entering the mix when Greenway inevitably replaces him at WLB1. Harris was miscast at MLB in Oakland, so I'm a bit confused why they are trying him there. I see him used best as a situational pass rusher. I'm currently leaning towards thinking Week 1 will be Thomas MLB, Leber SLB, and Greenway WLB. I'm interested in other opinions and insights of how this ends up.
