mt-wabo 0 Posted July 10, 2006 Guys I picked 11th lastnight in a redraft mock, i went with the RB,WR approach with my first two picks, I would like to get your opinion on this team I know my #2 back in Dunn is good not great but grabbing Tatum on the turn adds depth and could help me along the way, plus Ahman iin the 8th I thought was a steal if he is healthy upside is strong if not it wasnt that bad of a pick to me in the 8th spot. waboritas POS Player Name Team Pick Bye QB Matt Hasselbeck SEA 6.02 5 QB Drew Brees NOS 10.02 7 RB Rudi Johnson CIN 1.11 5 RB Warrick Dunn ATL 3.11 5 RB Tatum Bell DEN 4.02 4 RB Ahman Green GBP 8.02 6 RB Cedric Houston NYJ 14.02 9 WR Chad Johnson CIN 2.02 5 WR Derrick Mason BAL 5.11 7 WR Rod Smith DEN 7.11 4 WR Keenan McCardell SDC 12.02 3 TE Heath Miller PIT 9.11 4 PK Josh Brown SEA 13.11 5 DT Pittsburgh Steelers PIT 11.11
football_scooter 0 Posted July 10, 2006 In my opinion, 2.02 is way too high for Chad Johnson - both in general, as there's still quality RBs on the board, and especially since you took his teamate in the 1st round.

dcgangstas 41 Posted July 10, 2006 Nice draft, though I agree that 2.02 is a little high for Chad Johnson, given the injury situation with Carson Palmer. Steve Smith may have been a better choice if you had to go WR here (assuming that he was available). The 11th spot gives you a lot of options (RB-RB in 1st two rounds getting Rudi Johnson and Carnell Williams, or Peyton and a RB or the option of RB-WR as you chose). Again, good draft. Picking up Bell and Dunn provides nice depth at RB.
