This'll be my first year having it for the preseason games.

 

And this year there is a lot to watch with all the uncertainty. There aren't many players this year that don't come with a fair amount of risk, especially at the QB position, which in turn affects the other positions as well.

You gotta all forgive me, as this is my first year with NFL Network (had stupid Charter before, now Comcast).

 

They also are airing 4 games from the previous weekend each week durign the season.

Don't know that they did that before, but how cool is that??

 

NFL REPLAY

Tuesday and Wednesday at 8 p.m. ET and 10:30 p.m. ET

For the first time, NFL games will be re-aired with the original television announcers and cameras. This offering features the four most exciting games each week in a 90-minute format (eliminating halftime and other non-critical elements) at 8 p.m. ET and 10:30 p.m. ET each Tuesday and Wednesday. Enhancements to each broadcast include additional camera angles, sideline sound and postgame interviews.

 

I'm gonna be hooked up via IV to Channel 180.

They did it last year, and I loved it. Always a preseason game on to watch during the week (there's nothing else on TV in the summer). It's worth getting NFL Network for. I get it in the preseason for free for some reason. I don't bother paying for it during the season though.

Sure she understands by now (I know mine does) Do her (and you) some favors before then. Make sure you work out a good DVR/Tivo schedule so you have time with her (plus, it's better to watch the DVR version so you can fast forward/rewind as needed and/or erase the game when you get to the point of scrubs). Take the next 2-3 weekends and do "her thing". Luckily. we sent the kid away for the summer and have spent every weekend doing something. Once pre-season starts, it's back to the cave for me. She doesn't even try to be home when the season (and Sunday Ticket) starts - though it is expensive in many ways. Enjoy the games and use it as a leg up on your league mates.
