hecklers 0 Posted August 4, 2006 Hey there, quick question. After sizing up the talent of rookies and veterans, I was wondering who I should take for the 3rd pick in a keeper league draft. Normal rules for scoring, 6-pass/rush/recTD, 1-10yd rush/rec, 1-25yds pass, etc. teams keep 6 players on a seventeen player team. Teams start 1 qb, 2 rb, 2 wr, 1 flex (wr/rb), 1 te, 1 k, 1 DEF. I desperately need a RB1 for my team. Like I said, I have the 3rd pick, now my team is NOT necessarily going to win the Super Bowl, so rebuilding will be the key. Anyway, with the normal studs already kept from the previous year, my options are the incoming rookies and few veterans hanging around. I was thinking of either taking Chester Taylor (Steve Hutchinson blocking for him/proven veteran) or Joseph Addai (will start around Week 3 and build for the future). What do you think? I am assuming Reggie Bush will be taken #1. Anyway, let me know what you think. Oh yeah, I am keeping Carson Palmer, Deuce McAllister, Willie Parker, Andre Johnson, Deion Branch, and Matt Jones. Like I said, I am building for the future. Thanks again, and sorry for the rambling. GO CARDINALS!!! and sign Matt Leinert already!!!
