QB dilemma..

Recommended Posts

Im in a auction league and we have our draft on the 26th, we have a 40dollar cap, and we sign players to 2 year tracts with option for 3rd, +1buck..

right now im keeping

Larry Johnson> a steal last year at 1.70..Priest owners never handcuffed him

Michael Clayton> last year a bust, but for 1.30 cant go wrong

Gates> 2.20 final year of contract..

McNabb>7.00 this will be his 2nd year and im in the plight of possibly dropping him just because of his salary and will his recievers step up?..we just changed to a PPR after 10 years and there are some decent Qb's available..Manning= big bucks

but also Green,Bulger,Vick,Brees,Brunell,Frye,Brooks, and a few more...

LT,SA,CP,RJ are also available and was thinking of stacking my RB with another stud and dropping for a lesser QB..any help here or thoughts would be appreciated.

Drop McNabb.

QB's are plentiful this year. You can get a qb that will post better numbers for much less. Brady, Delhomme, Hassel, Bulger, Warner, Eli....and so on...helk you can prolly drop him and pick him back up cheaper!

definetly drop Mcnabb, there are many other quaterbacks that will have the same about of production for a lower price, personally I like bulger or even Delhomme.

Drop him, save the money, take your shot at having both LJ and SA

Way too much for McNabb. Drop him and get the same production for alot less. Depending on the others in your league, watch out for Kitna at a VERY low price as a backup because he could potentially have a big year in Detroit under Martz. Drop McNabb, stack the RB's, and get better value at QB. You're in good shape.

Keep Mcnabb, everyone is down on him becuase of TO and the injury, Mcnabb can play and will surprise alot of people this year, just watch and see
