Value Based Drafting HELP? PLEASE

Ok in most leagues finding your baselines is easy but in this league im struggling to find out wich players to use as my baseline. Im running the valuations 2 ways with the last starter as a baseline and as the last player drafted being the baseline. In our draft we draft 3QB 5RB 5WR 2TE 2K 2D. For my QBs my baseline is at 14 and 42. btw 14 team league. FOr TE K and D baselines are 14 and 28. Here wher it gets tricky.......

 

In our league we start 1QB 1TE 1D 1K. For rbs and wrs we can start a combo of any nfl formation. so u can play

5 wide recevers or 4 wrs and a rb, The only rules are that u cannott start more than 3 rbs and tight ends. With our roster rules so liberal im kind of confused on how I should run my baselines to come out with the best valuations. Anyhelp will be greatly appreciated.
