16 team league. Draft day deal. Should I make this?

I currently have the 11th pick in a 16 team serpentine style draft.

 

I have been offered the team picking 14th his 2nd and 3rd round picks for my 1 and 5.

 

I would have the following choices in the 2nd-4th rounds.

 

19,22,43,46,54

 

 

Obviously I would have no 1st round pick. But in a 16 team league, I would have a bunch of quality players all pretty much equal.

 

 

Upon hearing of this offer, the team picking 2nd also offered me the same deal, but my picks would be :

 

22,31,34,43,54.

 

 

Or do I just stand pat. I will either get Manning, C. Williams, R. Johnson or L. Jordan at 11 if I do nothing.
