4th pick in a 10 team league

I am looking for input on this lovely pick; I feel like I am in the ff abyss after #3. RB's 6pts for TD's, 1 pt per 10 yds rushing and recieving. No PPR. WR's the same. QB's 4 pts per passing TD and 1pt per 25 yds.

I am trying to decide between Tiki Barber (kind of long in the tooth); Steven Jackson (should be the man, though, I hear now he has a minor injury); Lamont Jordan (wonder how will be affected by ABrooks); and, Rudi Johnson (perhaps the safest pick). I would really appreciate your thoughts and will respond to your post as well.

Unfortunately you need to pick your poison. I would say Manning if QBs got 6pts for TDs but given your situation I personally would go Tiki or E James
