1st overall pick-tough decision: opinions?

Ok I know, LJ is supposed to be the bomb, a monster this year right? Why cant I get so excited about him. He seems to me to have a pretty big downside as far as what I've heard of his potential injury concerns. LT and Alexander have been rock solid. Almost seems to me that the first three picks this year are interchangeable but I'm leaning towards Shawn because of the strength of the offense and the fact that he has continued to be heavily featured...

 

NON-keeper league. Might even try to trade for the number three pick

 

any thoughts?

Great idea trading down. Personally, I took LJ #1 for a million different reasons that I've said a million times on this board lol. But if you're not sold on him, then trade #1 to the guy at 3 and just swap your first two picks or something. See what you can get for the pick, and just take the best offer. Plus, you'll probably get SA at 3rd, so if he's your guy....trade down and still take him.

If you are not sold on any one of them, it is obvious to trade down to 2 or 3 if possible and take who is left, but I still like LJ. LJ's downside is his o-line + Herm. I think he will be fine there and I don't know of any Injury concerns. LJ hasn't been rock solid? LT hasn't played in pre-season and has a rook QB who fumbled 3 snaps yesterday! Alexander lost line as well and no way he puts up NFL RECORD BREAKING #'s again, does he?

 

I say take LJ - I got him at #3 and am extatic about it!
