Should I trade Alexander for LT2?

I had the #3 pick in my dynasty keeper and grabbed Alexander. Now #2 wants to trade me LT2 for Shaun. Who do you say I should take and why?

 

My Team:

QB- McNabb

RB- SA, Foster (Williams), Jones (Benson), Brown (White)

WR- Moss, Boldin, Kennison, Branch, Bryant

*Moss, Kennison (& would be LT2) have a Week 3 Bye (does that matter?)

 

Scoring:

1pt per 20 yards Rush/Rec (4pt bonus at 100 ru yard / 100 rec yards)

6 points per TD

4 point bonus at 10 receptions (NON-PPR League)

Well, ask yourself this question. If you drafted #2, would you take LT or SA?

 

Still not sure? ok, IMO I would take SA. I took LJ over SA, but that is because 1) I own LJ in another league and 2) I like LJ better.

 

Bottom line, is he had a chance at SA. If you want to do the trade, make him give you something else in return. Let him know how happy you are with SA falling to you at #3 and that you don't want LT and his late season injury past. He may give you a draft pick next year or upgrade at another position!

i agree that because he would rather have SA and he "messed up," you can get more in this trade. personally, i would do it because i think LT2 is the best RB in the game and can explode. if you can get something like a draft pick or his defense or kicker if you like his better than yours, its just another bonus. if you really wanted SA though, stick with what you got.

I assuming LT2 is Tomlinson? (Not heard him referred to as that if so)

 

I had the 7 pick so I didn't have the luxury of this problem...but my thought was that with Brees gone, and Rivers the QB, LT is gonna face more 7 and 8 man fronts as Rivers is unproven....I'd stay with Alexander unless you get more. Like the others said...he had a shot at him and passed.
