12-Team Keeper RB question

Another year...another FF season...

 

Here's who I currently have for RB's:

L. Tomlinson

F. Gore

C. Brown

T. Duckett

 

We start 2 RB's and a flex RB/WR.

 

This is the first year of a 3-year keeper league. I'm thinking of grabbing J. Norwood off waivers and dropping T. Duckett. Am I insane?

 

Any input would be appreciated and post your link and I'll give my input...

I dont think you are nuts but Duckett is a FA next year and could get signed by a team that he will start on....picture him in the Steelers system. Norwood is behind Dunn for the forseeable future. I would actually be tempted to drop Chris Brown

I agree with dropping Brown and keeping Duckett, I have never cared for Brown, while Duckett could be good depending on Portis production, also as stated a FA to a team of choice (that makes an offer) at years end.

Drop someone and pick up Norwood for sure. Dunn is currently entrenched as the starter but he is 31 years old and has a nagging groin. Norwood has size/speed and no one standing between him and a starting job if Dunn goes down. Even if Dunn starts next year in the third year Norwood is gonna be starting and has far more potential to put up big numbers than either Duckett or Brown do in the same time span.

I agree with dropping Brown and picking up Norwood. Brown is not too impressive. Duckett could have a decent year, or could do very little, depending on Portis' health. Either way, I'd rather have Duckett then Brown.
