If this is the 10 team keeper league in your sig then hell no. If its redraft then the trade helps you because your backs are horrid. Droughns never scores, Lewis was terrible last year and Addai isn't entrenched as a starter. Do it and don't think twice. In keeper, don't do it ever.

I'm not sure I follow your logic... Where is the disadvantage to doing the deal in a keep 2 league? You think Fitzgerald is worth more than Barber? What about replacing Fitz with Ward?
