I am a Portis owner. Should I trade potential in Williams for Clintons' handcuff?

Tough call, it really depends how many rbs you start and who are your other RBs. If you talking about 1 spot then you go with T.J. he fits great with their running scheme. If you have more than 1 starting rb then look at your depth, would you have Williams a rookie start over them? If not just go with the hand cuff.
