you're giving up way too much. Counter with either a lesser RB and Johnson, or a lesser WR and Jackson. Definitely try to land Michael Clayton if you can, but don't give up Johnson AND Jackson in this offer

I wouldn't. The difference between CJohnson and Clayton is too big.
