harrinjj22 0 Posted September 2, 2006 Do I do this trade? I get Bulger, C. Taylor, K. Barlow, L. Fitz, Jay Feely and give E. Manning, S. Jackson, C. Buckhalter, Booker, and Viniteri. My roster is in my signature. I think I am adding a sweet #2 reciever and adding depth at RB. I am worried about S. Jackson this year due to his heel and the signing of Davis. pacman_fl 0 Posted September 2, 2006 You only have 1 QB? Just curious. If so, Manning is safer than Bulger from an injury point of view. Either way, I wouldn't make the trade. beargang 0 Posted September 2, 2006 I wouldnt do it. You are not hurting for RB's and as Pacman said as far as injuries go Eli is younger and healthier. Plus he has a ton of weapons to work with. Fitz is a good WR, he has been a part of 2 championship teams for me, but I don't think you would gain that much and infact I would much rather have Jackson than either of the two backs you would pick up. Sometime the best trade is the one you don't make. Don't sweat to much over the kicker. You can find a serviceable one if Vinatieri can't play. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
dcg 0 Posted September 2, 2006 I wouldn't be too worried about davis stealing touches from jackson. I don't think Barlow is anything special, and bulger's injury potential wories me. Getting Fitz would be great (I've had him the past 2 years), but it's not worth what you'd be giving up. And I say that as someone that rates eli lower than most.
