harrinjj22 0 Posted September 5, 2006 The owner already declined a trade offer. I just offered J. Norwood, R. Dayne, and Key Johnson for R. Wayne. Would I be giving up too much? I just picked Dayne up today, so I just consider him a throw in, plus he has D. Davis on his roster still. Let me know what you think. Oh yea, my roster is in my signature. dallasjets 0 Posted September 5, 2006 It's hard to answer this question.... It depends on what he has.... and the number of WRs and RBs you can start??? I would keep Norwood and Keyshawn.... I think you should forget about that trade: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=228211

leftyguitar 0 Posted September 5, 2006 i'm not sure you're offering enough actually. nobody would take keyshawn for wayne... and none of those RB's you're offering are worthy of starting.
Ronald Mexico 0 Posted September 5, 2006 I don't think that he will accept that trade offer. It can be viewed from his perspective as keyshawn for wayne which is not worth it. Wayne isn't a top tier wr to me but he is worth more than keyshawn and two back up rb's. thanks for the input on mine.

If he accepts this, you made out real nice, but I cant imagine him doing so. Unless he has Dunn, Norwood is of limited value. He has HUGE potential, but is just a backup until Dunn gets hurt. Dayne is nothing more than a short yardage back, and a bad one at that, so its basically Keyshawn for Wayne. Keyshawn is a #2 on a team that would prefer to run the ball. He may take some cayches and redzone looks away from Steve Smith, but to expect anything more than 800 and 6, is too much. Wayne should be closer to his 2004 stats than 05 with Indy relying more on the pass, so I think he doesnt bite on this one.
zoolndr74 0 Posted September 5, 2006 Definitely not enough. Dayne is just a goalline back (for one of the worst scoring offenses in the league last year), Norwood has upside but prob won't score more pts than TJ did last year, and Key is on the decline. Mine if you have a chance
BigE47 0 Posted September 5, 2006 Your not giving up enough at all. Your giving up your 4th and 5th RB's who are both backups. And a WR whose roll will decrease now that he is with the Panthers
