JiggaMan 0 Posted September 5, 2006 What do you think of me offering the trade Bulger/Tatum for Delhomme/Benson. Here are the 2 teams: My team Starters Marc Bulger Rudi Johnson Frank Gore Steve Smith Randy Moss Chris Cooley Jeff Wilkins Chicago Bears Benched Matt Leinart Wali Lundy Tatum Bell Eddie Kennison Antonio Bryant Erron Kinney His team Starters Jake Delhomme Edgerrin James Willie Parker Larry Fitzgerald Donald Driver Jason Witten Jay Feely New York Giants Benched Charlie Frye Cedric Benson Marion Barber Michael Clayton Nate Burleson Ben Troupe Or should I offer Wali Lundy instead of Tatum? harrinjj22 0 Posted September 5, 2006 If you can, offer Tatum in that deal. I think Delhomme will put up the same, if not more, than Bulger. Please see mine. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=228436
LittleRoman 0 Posted September 5, 2006 I would do that deal Delhomee may be better than Bulger this year.
yomamahates 0 Posted September 5, 2006 I'm not enthusiastic about Benson. They say he's fully healed and ready to play GB, but when it comes down to goal line or redzone offense, do you think they're going to put him in to clash with the D? IMO no. He may pulls some good yards, but I doubt he'll get the TD's like he used to (same with Portis...for this season).
FreddieMercury 0 Posted September 5, 2006 Thanks for answering mine. I'm not enthusiastic about Benson either, but I'd offer the deal anyway. Tatum isn't even a starter now, and Bulger is an injury waiting to happen. The real gain in this deal is Delhomme, which would give you much more stability at QB. TomServo 0 Posted September 5, 2006 I wouldn't make that deal. Denver offense is good, Chicago is horrid. Tatum could develop (does anyone really think Fumbly Mike will keep that job all year?) while Cedric can't get rid of Thomas Jones. Delhomme and Bulger looks like a wash. I wouldn't make that deal.
