I could start a WR in that spot but it'd have to be Reggie Brown or Bobby Engram.

That's my hunch. Ronnie I'm more solid on simply due to the fact that with Daunte Miami can spread the ball and Pitt can't simply put 8 in the box...and he receives. Chester's situation is a bit different and I don't know about Washington's run-D that well.
