I think I'm going to be in the minority here, but I would take that trade.

 

You get a huge upgrade at WR, where you are very thin.

 

You take a decent downgrade based on projections at RB, but you have enough depth there to play a matchup each week until somebody steps up. One of Jones, Maroney, Lundy, Gore each week will produce numbers close to what you'd get with Ronnie. Holt's increase over Smith will more than offset the difference.
