Who to start: Eddie Kennison or Chester Taylor

Need a little advice with my flex spot (can go either 2 RBs, 3WRs or 1 RB, 4WRS). Would you rather start Eddie Kennison against the Bengals or Chester Taylor against the Redskins. I know conventional wisdom is to go with the RB, but I think these two are close in value.

 

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
