Who To Start: KJones or Mike Bell?

For sure, my first RB is SJax. Now for my second RB, should I start Mike Bell (vs. STL) or KJones (vs. SEA)? Isn't Seattle known for their Run D? Or should I take a chance with the rookie "gem" Mike Bell?

 

Rhodes and Green are still FAs I can sign too if you can't choose between those two.

Bell against STL. Plummer will get it done early, then DEN will be running it down after.
