jdkjoller 0 Posted September 23, 2006 I know Cadillac's done nothing and doesn't deserve the start but he's going against a Panthers def that's giving up an average of 196 yards/game! Isn't that worth considering?
SmilenJack 0 Posted September 23, 2006 Well I am benching him this week even though he is going against a defense that give up massive yardage on the ground. I think even though he has a good match up he still has one ugly line opening hole's for him so, I might wake up tommorrow and start him but as of now he is on the bench behind BUSH
ramblin'wreck 0 Posted September 23, 2006 Well .. tell us your options at RBs. I am starting him because my other 2 RBs are either on a bye week or injured. If I have other options I would lean toward benching him until TB gets it together. And I am pretty sure they will. Help with mine please http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=236706
jdkjoller 0 Posted September 24, 2006 I purposely didn't list my other RBs because I really wanted to see what everyone thought of Cadillac alone. But if anyone reads this and has an opinion: I will start: Tiki vs Seattle (giving up an avg 51.5 yrads/game) Gore vs Philly (giving up an avg 78 yards/game) My last two options: Caddy vs Caro (giving up an avg 196 yards/game ---- boy is this tempting!) Barlow vs Buff (giving up an avg 138.5 yards/game)

Melvinbet 5 Posted September 24, 2006 I thought I heard Caddy has something wrong with his back. Am I wrong?
jdkjoller 0 Posted September 24, 2006 I've read that he's had back spasms but nothing to keep him from playing. Has anyone heard differently?
jdjacks10 0 Posted September 24, 2006 Caddy hasnt prove anything since the first five weeks of last season and carolina def will get out of their funk.....keep caddy on the bench until he gets some trade value.
MrBurns 3 Posted September 24, 2006 Caddy's back problem sounds like it is getting worse. Having a lower back problem myself, I really don't like him this year at all. I like starting Gore and if it is between a banged-up Caddy, Barlow, and Tiki. I would have to go with Tiki. Even Carolina's defense has been giving up some yardage it is because they are on the field too much. With the return of Steve Smith this week, I think the offense will be noticably better. Thus helping out the defense.
ramblin'wreck 0 Posted September 24, 2006 Between Caddy and Barlow .. go with Caddy. Thanks for helping with mine.
adanley 1 Posted September 24, 2006 Most of the yardage given up by Carolina was against ATL, so I'd temper your expectations a bit. I have had the displeasure of watching TB (No NFL ticket) the last two weeks. How can I say this,..... they suck. I wouldn't play Caddy until he does something. Anything. From the way Simms has looked, it may not be for a long time.
Homerj24 0 Posted September 24, 2006 I agree. Stick with Tiki & Gore. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...=0#entry2721873
brust012 0 Posted September 24, 2006 Can you play him at the flex position? I do not like where Tampa's offense is headed. Simms is awful. I would play Caddy over Barlow though. Since I do not have Caddy on any of my teams, I would check his status before the game. Any other options for the flex position?
sn0wdog 0 Posted September 24, 2006 Caddy before Barlow - Jets havn't shown that they can run the ball yet - and both TB and CAR have shown no offense so expect Caddy to see some good numbers this week
Djurynk 0 Posted September 24, 2006 I am also playing Caddy this week/ I am so tempted to sit him and start Thomas Jones this week but I know he splits carries and Caddy was my first pick if he does nothing this week then I start worrying. I am also starting Chester Taylor being my other RB. TB has to play better before their week 4 bye and being at home, I think chuckie is going to feed the ball to caddy more than he has the first two games. Bask spasms are not getting worse and he is fine.
