RB and Defense Help

I need ideas on who to start for RB

 

Fred Taylor or Deuce McAllister (I have Ronnie Brown starting as my other back)

 

I also am unsure at who to start for Defense

 

Baltimore (vs SD)

Jacksonville (vs Wash)

 

i was leaning towards fred taylor and jacksonville for both cases, but any ideas?
