I have crap for RB's and Desperately need one. I have Grossman, Vince Young and Alex Smith. I proposed a trade, Alex Smith for Kevin Jones. Will he Bite or am I kidding myself? His QB has a Bye and his back up is Kurt Warner.

hard to know without scoring but if i was in his shoes i would wing it for one week rather than giving up a starter.

i wouldnt do it. smith is playing san diego as well. i think you have to give a little more than that.

I wouldn't think he'd take it, unless he has a lot of depth at RB.

 

Try the offer though, why not. If he takes it, good for you. If he doesn't, hopefully you'll have a good starting point to negotiate.

Smith has not been a bad QB at all and can arguable be considered equal or greater value than the inconsisant KJ. He probably would not bite.

Great trade if you can pull it off - but its a bit of a stretch in my opinion.

i feel that its a fair trade for both sides, especially if he needs a qb. If he goes for it, take it. you might want to make it more attractive by throwing in a backup rb if you have one.

He may be forced to make the trade if there are no decent QBs to pick up as free agents. Good luck!
