Bigger trade in the works now-McNabb, LT, Palmer

Some of you have read the trade thread I started in which I trade McNabb and Benson for Brady and LT. 12 team standard non-PPR league. My current team is:

 

McNabb/Leinart/B. Johnson

LJ/Rhodes/Addai/Benson/L. Washington

Holt/Harrison/Housh/D. Jackson/Henry

 

I have now been offered another trade of Palmer for Holt and Leinart. So I am looking at:

 

McNabb/Benson for Brady/LT

 

Holt/Leinart for Palmer

 

Do them both?

Here are the point breakdowns in my league (standard, non-PPR):

 

McNabb 147pts

Brady 78

Holt 61

LT 59

Palmer 55

Benson 25

Leinhart 17 (Obviously Lenhart's numbers are low because he just took over as the starter.)

 

 

You're talking in the first trade about giving up a guy who averages almost 30 points per game. Brady and LT combined haven't produced as many points (137) as McNabb, so you definitely don't need to be giving Benson away.

 

In the second trade, again you're giving up a receiver for a QB that is less productive points-wise. No need to give up both Holt AND Leinhart for Palmer.

 

I personally wouldn't do either, but that's just me

 

 

Please weigh in on my roster dilemma

looks much better than

 

QB Brady, Palmer, Johnson

RB LT, LJ, IND RBBC, Washington

WR Harrison, DJax, Housh

 

too much of a hit at WR if you ask me, unless you start 2 qbs?

No we do not start 2 qb's. I don't like giving away Holt either but I wanted to try and get another qb to help replace McNabb.

I stick with what you have, McNabb is a points monster and he will continue. Holt is a solid every week start and Linehan loves to throw in the red zone so he will keep getting his touchdowns.

If possible wait on the first trade until after brady's bye this week

 

I wouldn't start anyone vs CHI, especially a rookie qb

 

And Johnson is not a better option imo

 

McNabb will still be worth Brady/LT next week
