I wouldn't do it, you have a ton of young RB potential already w/ Norwood, Maroney, Bush, etc...I'd keep Roy who should continue to dominate for years to come, although Martz potentially leaving next year to be the Cards coach could be a concern.

you have good young talent at wr and jones drew can easily be replaced with next years #1 pick. i would not give up my best WR in Williams. i say no to the trade.
