Dakkon79 0 Posted November 14, 2006 Should I trade Maroney to get M. Muhammad so I have an upgrade for my Receivers? Trade deadline is the end of this week!! I'm thinking I need to upgrade my Receivers for a run at the playoffs (I pretty much need to run the table and I'm in). I'm not sure if Moose is a good enough upgrade though.... Here's some background info: Keeper League (2 keepers) 3points per throwing TD, 4points per rushing, and 5points per receiving. 1point her 25yards throwing, 1point per 10yards rushing and 1point per 10yards receiving We start 1QB, 2RBs, 2WRs, TE, K, Defense My team: QB: Peyton Manning, David Carr RB: S. Jackson, R. Johnson, L. Maroney, A. Thomas, J. Lewis WR: R. Wayne, J. Horn, R. Moss TE: H. Miller K: L. Tynes, N. Racers D: Denver, New England ANY thoughts?????? LEAVE a link and I'll answer yours! ffdork24 0 Posted November 14, 2006 YES! DO IT! you need some help at WR badly if you want to make a good run in the playoffs, and looks like you are pretty set at RB. elayton 0 Posted November 14, 2006 What is Muhammad's injury situation? I noticed he left the game Sunday, but i didn't follow up and i'm lazy! I think Muhammad is a sell high player right now (Berrian out) and will start to fizzle out, but you have great RB's and can afford to dump Maroney......assuming you would keep Manning & S Jackson i would do it! runnerxc 0 Posted November 14, 2006 i'd do it for sure...the only downfall may be that if Chi town continues to win that they will rest Muhammad so he won't get the playing time that is needed.
